Q: Do you ship Australia wide?
A: Yes, shipping is 1-14 business days depending on location. Unfortunately this doesn’t include any delays from public holidays or to COVID-19.
Q: What days do you send packages?
A: Fridays or if we have an influx on packages will be a few times during the week.
Q: Does your prices include ink, glitter or mica ?
A: Yes all our prices include ink, glitter or mica.
Q: Can you apply Names, Sayings, Logos, or something completely different?
A: Yes, when you order specific products from the website you will notice during the ordering process an option with ” do you want a decal/saying, image or picture?”. Simple fill in your desired options and this will get added to your product. If you do not want anything on your product simply leave the option blank. Please send through the decal/saying, image or picture before you order via our Facebook page.
Q: I have a picture of a product I really want, can you do it identical?
A: Unfortunately we cannot make each product 100% identical, due to the nature of the processes involved. We can however use the photo as inspiration for your order.
Q: What happens if my order is taking longer to make or receive ?
A: We aim to keep you informed during the making of your order. If there is a delay you will be notified via either a message or email. Please note however once your order is shipped, delays may occur from the postage company that we are unable to control.
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: Afterpay, Paypal and Card Payments.
Q: What is your turnaround on orders?
A: Order times may vary according to the amount of items ordered, as well as our current workload. There is a 2 to 5 week turn around with orders, and if there are any further extension to this you will be notified.
Q: Do you accept Afterpay at markets?
A: Yes we do have Afterpay at Markets, before arriving make sure you download the Afterpay app on your phone and you can check out with your digital card.
