Q: Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
A: Yes we ship anywhere to Australia, shipping is 1-14 business days depending on location, this doesn’t include any public hoilday’s or any delays due to COVID-19.

Q: Do you make all products live on facebook?
A: No we don’t, somethings are just to difficult to see on live or they have to much detail, we will try to do as many as we can live 🙂

Q: What days do you send packages?
A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Q: Does your prices inc ink or glitter or mica ?
A: Yes all our prices include ink or glitter, you can also add a decal or photo or logo to it too, if they are a different price it will tell you before you check out.

Q: I have a picture of a product i really want can you do it identical?
A: No we cannot have any product 100% identical, we can match it as much as possible but handmade items are very hard to have identical, which is good because you know your product is unique.

Q: If we want a picture of something are you able to do that?
A: Yes but please send through the picture before you order via our Facebook page and we can see what we can do.

Q: What happens if my order is taking longer to make or receive ?
A: We will send you a message/email to make sure you are aware of it, however once we hand it over to our courier or aus post it can be delayed without us even knowing, we wan’t to make sure you are happy throughout the whole process, we do hope there is no delay but sometimes we cannot control the delay. Please remember we have a 2-3 week order on orders to be made.

Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: Afterpay, Paypal and Card Payments.

Q: What is your turnaround on orders?
A: Each order can be different depending on how many items you have ordered and what our backlog is, each product takes around 4 days to make, we aim to ship out on day 5 however we say 2 to 3 week turn around just to be safe as our workload changes all the time and things can occur which may delay it.

Q: Do you accept Afterpay in store at markets?
A: Yes we do have Afterpay in store simply give us your barcode number in your app. 

Q: Can you do the exact same product in alcohol ink?
A: As all our items are handmade it would be very unlikey for a product to look exact the same however we would try our best to aim for the same result.

Q: Do you attend markets?
A: Yes we attend the Local Rockhampton Markets such as The Handmade Expo CQ , Rivernites Rockhampton and Beachnites Emu Park and some special events  by CQ Markets & Events and some others we may attend. Keep a look on our facebook page for more information on where we are.

Q: We want your products in our store, do you stock in shops?
